A warm welcome wraps the stay
Upon arrival, the friendly staff greeted us warmly, and the spacious room had ample storage, making our unpacking breeze. Despite the surroundings, a brisk 10-minute walk took us to the tram, connecting us effortlessly to the city's sights.
Unfortunately, the shower lacked a curtain, resulting in wet mornings, and the surrounding street felt a bit rough at night. While the breakfast was decent, it could use more variety to appeal to all tastes.

my stay was just absolutely horrendous. the air condition barely worked and the weird little flies in the bathroom were a delightful touch, i guess. i had high hopes for a room upgrade, but who am i kidding? just another forgotten guest. i almost gave them a good review but just couldn't find the courage.

The breakfast offered a nice variety, including options like fried mixed vegetables and delightful little croissants. The room was spacious enough for a family, providing some comfort amidst a mixed experience.
Upon arrival, the area felt unsafe, particularly at night, and the room itself didn’t match online photos. Cleanliness was below acceptable levels, with visible mold in the bathroom. even worse, we dealt with a false fire alarm early in the morning, which was distressing for my family. the beds were uncomfortable, and some rooms seemed too warm despite adjusting the heating. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, and we encountered issues with the bathroom's hot water supply.
